Our annual Fitting out Supper will be held on April 20th.
Peter Cunningham from 1st Aid Cumbria led a very comprehensive and enjoyable 1st aid course in the club house. Participants were schooled in a variety of procedures including Stoke, Heart Attack, Defibrillator use, Seizure, Unconsciousness, Choking, and Loss of Blood.
The club is now taking bookings for our 2019 Adult Training Programme. We are offering two day beginner and improver courses at Killington, near Sedbergh. The courses are taught by a qualified RYA instructor using a Wayfarer, a stable sailing dinghy. Our instructor can also offer ad hoc sailing lessons on the estuary at Arnside […]
